Apologies for the over cutesy title, but I’m feeling really proud of my updated sneakers right now.

If you’re like me, there was some point over the past few years that you decided to choose comfortable shoes over high-heeled ones. And somewhere along the way, sneakers for every day wear may have also sneaked into your heavy footwear rotation.

I frequently write about comfy shoes, and usually try to feature the cutest ones. But what about the running shoes that feel heavenly but look awful?

I love these Brooks Women's Adrenaline GTS 22 Supportive Running Shoes so much that I bought them in two colors (black and pink). They’re lightweight, incredibly comfortable and still have support. They’re also fantastic for walking. What I don’t love is the fact that the black ones look vaguely orthopedic.
