Cashmere for your Body
Four new eos scents make winter showers bearable
Hello, Gorgeous!
Does anyone else have a really hard time taking that first step into the shower during cold winter months? I’m always so happy when the water is sluicing down over my weary (cranky) (cold) bones, but it does take a while to psych myself up for winter showers. You know what helps me every dang time? Knowing an amazing body wash awaits. Imagine my delight in hearing that eos — one of my fave bodycare brands — just dropped four new fragrances and a new shave oil.
eos Shea Better Cashmere Body Wash
Here’s something interesting I learned about this luscious line I already love - it’s not only pH-balanced it’s also gynecologist-approved and dermatologist-recommended for sensitive skin.
Love a lot of lather and a thicker feel to your shower products? This one feels premium but costs only $12 each.
You know what else these incredible body washes have? Emollients, oils and butters, so even if you don’t have time to follow with moisturizer, your skin is already super soft-ish.
The newest scents are:
Crème de Pistachio: The popularity of pistachio continues to grow. This one has the scent of toasted pistachio, vanilla toffee & blonde woods
Strawberry Dream: Tween me is squeeing over this one replete with sparkling strawberry, pink sugar & vanilla cream
Jasmine Peach: Apricot nectar, sparkling jasmine, and vanilla sugar. Interestingly enough, this is my favorite in the new collection. I usually don’t like the smell of jasmine but this is fresh not cloying.
Pomegranate Raspberry: Sweet pomegranate, tart raspberries and lotus blossom make this smell like a tiny vacation. In your shower. With bubbles.
And if you’re still shaving your legs during winter weather (not guilty), you should check out the new Shea Better Cashmere Shave Oil in Coconut Waters. The blend of shea, cocoa, and argan butters and oils soften and protect skin ($9, at most drug stores).
You can buy individual products at evolutionofsmooth.com (Yes. That’s what eos stands for!).
You may have noticed a new tag above: “HG Faves.” These are brands or products that I love. Not pay for play or limited to partnerships — just me playing favorites.
Are we still shaving our legs? I did some random laser treatments years ago and haven’t been scruffy since. Let’s meet in the comments to discuss!
