Hello, Gorgeous!
Spring is just around the corner, so there’s still a bit of time get rid of the rough bits on elbows, knees, and feet.
Quite a few of you have mentioned just how much you love Nudestix, so you’ll be happy to hear about their new offering Miracle Body Balm.
A balm for the senses
Miracle Body Balm was formulated for sensitive skin and works best on really parched skin. Keep in mind that this formulation is super thick, so you can’t slick some on and head out. You’ll have to warm a bit in your hands first, and then apply to the driest bits and allow to penetrate or you’ll be slipping and sliding for a while.
The balm is packed with coconut oil and Shea butter which are both rich in fatty acids to tackle dryness while acting as a protective skin barrier. I found it interesting that in addition to ceramides to reduce flakiness, there is a serious skin moisturizing complex that contains hard to pronounce ingredients including Palmitoyl Hexapeptide and Tribehenin that not only nourish skin, but also reduce the appearance of wrinkles. deeply nourish the skin, leaving skin looking radiant, and helps to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.
While I love this product, I don’t love the very thick texture. I think I’d keep this for winter use overall, or for ragged cuticles or hangnails.
My favorite part is the scent a soothing combo of lavender and bergamot for a very spa-like effect ($40, nudestix.com).
