Today is one of those weird in-between days where you’ll either be rushing everywhere or nowhere at all. When everyone is completely frazzled, I try to distract them with a sweet moment.
Random acts of chocolate
The lovely folks at Lindt sent me a great big box of chocolate, which inspired me to share widely. I carried some around with me and made it a point of sharing with those who seemed like they needed a smile or an extra boost. It was also a nice way of giving a small, thoughtful gift to people I hadn’t planned on buying gifts for. Lindt Lindor Milk Chocolate Truffles are great to keep around for last minute gifting too! And some Chanukah gelt!
It’s customary to hand out Chanukah gelt (gelt is the Yiddish word for money) to children on the holiday also known as the Festival of Lights which begins at sundown tomorrow.
