Art bathing SHOULD be a thing! I too find deep- what's the word? - refreshment, rejuvenation, *nourishment- when surrounded by and immersed in art. Perhaps its time for me to schedule an art date.

Right? I feel those things as well! And you definitely need an art date! I actually felt tears spring to my eyes when I saw a familiar and beloved painting I hadn't seen in a while. It helped shake me out of a not great headspace.

I love this concept of "art bathing." I also seek out art when I can, and I'm lucky to live near one of the greatest art museums in the world. I also find music is good for me. I enjoy being in the parks as well, and include a walk to a local park when the weather is agreeable.

You really do take advantage of the culture near you. And I seem to recall spending time at the museum you referenced with your beautiful self. Yes, to music! And yes to walks in the park as well. <3

That was a fun time!

And you're right. You do need to take advantage of culture near you. We're lucky to live in cities with vibrant cultural attractions.

It was such a beautiful day and you introduced me to scapes! We are incredibly fortunate to live near feasts of culture. I've been out of it for a while. Diving back in feels great.

Ah, I LOVE the idea of art bathing. And also forest bathing is pretty great too.

I definitely love both. But on Monday it was rainy and pretty gross out and I felt like I physically craved art. I was not disappointed!

Omg, art bathing should be a thing!!! I knew where you were going as soon as I saw the headline. Frankly, many of us can get to an art museum easier than a forest. Love this concept.

Riight? I'm so glad it resonated with you as well. And sadly, I think you're right about being closer to museums than forests :(
